Chaiiwala are one of the more recent chains to enter the competitive high-street fast-food market.
Caswell has manufactured, sourced and installed Restaurant HVAC services within a number of Chaiiwala restaurants, including the super-busy one located within the ‘The Orient’ food court at The Trafford Centre, Greater Manchester.
When we secured this high-profile project – hot on the heels of our Trafford Centre Wingstop restaurant contract – it was a clear sign that we could be entrusted to deliver on all counts and give the Client what they wanted. Chaiiwala obviously thought so.
As with all fast-food franchises which open extended hours – 7 days a week – two key deciding factors were performance and reliability.
This applies equally to the actual supply & install contract and the sometimes-extreme demands placed on systems year in, year out.
